Well I am still in the waiting room. It’s 930 my appointment was at 9 I was told to come early to fill out paperwork or print it at home and bring it in. I printed it out and came here at 830. 3 people who got here at 9 am have already been seen before me and home girl in the reception desk at 925 just had me pay my copay. I came on time.

Don’t recommend the Columbia location in St Julian place. It’s been a mess every time for me....besides the extremely long wait the staff in the little front office talk to other patients on speaker phone! Everyone in the entire lobby can hear the conversations- extremely unprofessional! It also took me 2 messages (which were never returned) and 3 actual people - finally asking for the office manager- to get a different prescription called in- which ended up being an over the counter foot pad by Curad. I have been a patient of Physicians Footcare in Sumter since the end of 2018 and must say that I have been truly pleased with the service and advice given. I have been dealing with a bone spur in my heel and Dr. Stelzer has helped me understand what was going on and gave me multiple options that’d helped with my recovery.
