Cannot contact anyone from their office. Their website is down. And the only people you can talk to work at call centers and cannot answer any questions. The good reviews drew me in, but the process of scheduling an appointment left a poor taste. Some customers don't feel comfortable giving their personal information out to someone at a call center. I'd advise anyone not to.

Everybody here is exceptionally nice.
Over two weeks since referral letter was sent from TRICARE and still unable to make an appointment. Went to the front desk in person vice calling to try and close the loop to gain an appointment. They were unable to assist and seemed pleased about it. Not sure if they are just refusing TRICARE or it really takes more than two weeks to accept a referral. Unable to judge the quality of the medical care, but the front office process is unacceptable.
