Everyone at this clinic is extremely competent and helpful. They helped me so quickly and I'm really grateful for how kind they were throughout!
Front desk staff- not in person nor on the phone, have I ever encountered such poor customer service skills. They always treat you as if they are doing you a favor, cut you off, and fail to be accurate. Definitely not a good image to have to have the hassle of dealing with drama every time you need help, or heaven forbid need help after a procedure.
Went to see Dr lieu she was very unfriendly, did not explain anything just told me to comeback in 3 Mos. I can barely see because I have cataracts just sent me away. Called her tech she told me i was not bad enough yet for surgery. Went for 2nd opinion and was told I need surgery now. I would not recommend dr lieu, very unprofessional she is a waste of time. This could have cost me further damage to my eyes. All in all she would had me wait 5-6 mos. Per the tech. Without being able to see well.
