I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. The staff and doctors there have to be the rudest most unhelpful practice out there. Robin that works the checkout desk is the worst, she made my 19 year old daughter cry. I spoke with the office manager and she basically laughed in my face. Stay far away from this place!!
In the middle of cataract surgery currently with Dr. McCormack. He did a good job on the first eye with improved vision as a result. I was told initally the second eye would be done IN TWO WEEKS. After the one week post OP appointment I was given an appointment almost TWO MONTHS LATER FOR THE SECOND EYE! Nobody took responsibility for the lie I was told. Receptionist very hateful and rude. One on the right needs a personality adjustment. She obviously doesn’t have one. Needs training on customer relation skills.
I would give negative 5* that's not possible dr mccormick is very rude argumentative and pretends he doesn't see what's going on i had to point out what everyone else can see then he said he would send a referrral and never did i do not recommend dr mccormick at all!!Very poor professionalism and doesn't care about his patients!!The secretaries are very rude as well!!
When I called the office as a return phone call from the voicemail I had received, I was absolutely amazed at how rude this lady was that answered! I work in a medical office and I would never speak to a patient the way this woman did! Then I came in today for my appointment and the doctor ( Dr.Furguson) was the worst!
