When I called the office as a return phone call from the voicemail I had received, I was absolutely amazed at how rude this lady was that answered! I work in a medical office and I would never speak to a patient the way this woman did! Then I came in today for my appointment and the doctor ( Dr.Furguson) was the worst! Most people dread eye dr. visits . I used to . Then about 10 yrs ago I had a detached retina & came in contact with Dr. Millsap & staff . He repaired it perfectly . Over the next 10 yrs I've come to actually enjoy visiting Physicians Eye care. I know most of the staff & vice versa. They are polite , courteous & always friendly to me, Dr. Millsap has repaired 5 serious eye problems I've had (including a current macular problem). I couldn't be more thankful to have him as my eye professional ! Thank you Physicians Eye Care !
Rude and unprofessional staff.
I like the Dr. that I have been seeing, Dr Ferguson. But the telephone staff is the most rude of any place I have encountered in years. They speak over you, cut you off when you are speaking. Cannot look up an appointment when given a name and a date. The tone is hateful. For that reason I am going to seek a different Dr somewhere else. I am a 30 year plus business owner that dealt with the public 6 days a week, 15 hours per day. Had I any employee as rude as the ones I have encountered on the phone at PEC I would have fired... read more
