I had a referral to this office. A very nice lady was trying to help me with an appointment. While on hold, someone picked up the phone and referred to me as Ronald. I am not a man and she seemed put out I was on the line. She said rudely who were you talking to and I had no idea just the receptionist. She continued to be rude and I was mad at this point. Appointment was on time. Quality of service and focus on the quality of care, treatment and service continues. Office staff has become less friendly and more unwilling to help Revising rating to 2 stars from 4.
Thankfully, each of my eye surgeries were flawless. Dr. McCormack and his staff were all knowledgeable and friendly (as was the Owensboro Surgery Center’s staff). Dr. McCormack had his team thoroughly test to confirm the diagnosis and worked efficiently with the surgery team to cure my problem. I would recommend Dr. McCormack and his team to anyone.
