Staff was very polite, friendly and professional. Happy with my visit
The healthcare facility was wonderful. The Receptionist was friendly. The nurse assistant was very nice and Michael Palumbo was excellent. He was caring understanding and took the time to listen and explain what he thought was the best course of action. I was very pleased.
EDIT BEWARE HIDDEN FEES: The care was wonderful, but I received a bill for over $100 after going in to get a prescription for Paxlovid. I was told this was a "new patient fee"...for urgent care? My husband was billed over $200 because he was a new patient and got a Covid test. Like, the kind you could take at home. ********************* Ashley was wonderful.
