I’ve always had a good experience with Urgent Care. I had quite a bit of weight despite having an appointment. Not complaining though I do think the doctor should’ve recommended an x-ray. I came in with a knee Injury. I’m thankful that The doctor did contact my orthopedist And provided a referral. I was asked prior to my appointment if I thought I was going to need an x-ray to which I replied I believe I would. We brought our daughter here and the doctor misdiagnosed her, saying she had an ear infection, and then blamed vaccines for the ear infection she did not have. Brought her to her actual doctor today for a second opinion and will not be going back here ever again
This is the second time I’ve been here and I love you guys :)
I absolutely love YNHH Urgent Care facilities! The waiting rooms and exam rooms are always spotless, and the doctors, nurses, and staff are very friendly and helpful. The doctors spend a good amount of time with you explaining everything, and they don’t try to rush you out of the appointment. I would recommend YNHH Urgent Care to everyone.
