I always find the doctors to be compassionate and professional. The staff (front desk and “nurse”) today were neither. The nurse seemed impatient and far from compassionate and contradicted much of what I heard from the doctor. She seemed to be running her own show. I don’t recall the receptionist greeting me. Only barking out “Do you have an appointment”. Disappointing experience.
Staff was very good.
Easy to schedule an appointment, no waiting. Staff was courteous, efficient and thorough.
