Glad to be able to make an appointment. Responsive person at the front desk. Clean, organized examining room. Checked the right boxes-took vitals. Gave me tests for Covid, Strep and pneumonia-as was my concern. The PA was helpful and made me feel confident about next steps she recommended. All in all I would definitely return. ( Hope I don’t have to, lol.)
When I an scheduled appointment for 3.45 pm I wrote that my foot may be broken. As I went into exam room I was told there is no X-ray tech as they travel and I would have to go to nuvance or return tommorrow for an X-ray. I finally saw "the provider" at 4.30 and was told come back on Sat for X-ray. When I made appointment I was told the tech may be late because they travel.
