RecommendedDr. Berger is the absolute best Doctor that I have come across concerning my care. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and he took me seriously. My experience @ Physician OneUrgent Care was very positive. Dr. Berger was very thorough and professional. My wait time was good and all staff were very helpful and friendly.
I have used PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Norwalk for myself and my family. It is clean and staff is courteous and professional. The only downside I find is it can get very busy - recommend placing an online appointment vs walking in. They need to work on updating their systems as I booked an online “reservation”, cane in earlier than that and was told I would be next. I was very pleased with the quick and excellent service that I received on 5/4/19. Dr. Vanson took my concerns seriously and prescribed medication accordingly for my contact dermatitis. After three days of medication, the itching and rash are significantly better.
I recommend all to come and be seen by providers here
All the staff were professional, and courteous. I was promptly seen, X-rayed and diagnosed surprisingly quick. The staff actually made the experience enjoyable. Everyone was personable and very friendly. If I had to go to an urgent care clinic, again. I would go back to this specific one.
