Recommended“My experience was excellent! I arrived at the opening of the day as a walk in. My wait was not even a few minutes. Getting an X-ray and great care in short time was wonderful. After suppling me with all the equipment necessary, like a boot and crutches, they referred me to a medical practice to get continued care. That referral was also great! So high marks for PhysicianOne urgent care for keeping my emergency as well addressed as possible. The staff also gets 5 stars! Barbara H
RecommendedQuick and painless COVID testing
I always came in here. I went in today to get a clearing for my daughter who was sent home for a bellyache. She wasn't telling the truth and I will deal with that. I explained it to them and got laughed at. They weren't even discreet. I get that she was not telling the truth but as for the doctor she could have came to me and said I'm sorry and can't help me. Slow and incompetent, they gave me false turnaround time on a covid test and then blamed the delay on the testing center, when trying to view results from the testing center (quest) no information was even showing up in the system. I was unable to track the status of the results and was not provided with proper information to do this myself. There are multiple other urgent care centers in the area, I suggest you go to another. My time was wasted and the lack of truth in communication is appalling.
