RecommendedWent yesterday for cough and shortness of breath. Diagnosed with pneumonia and asthma. Great care from Joanna Breton,APRN, nurse was great along with receptionist. Busy holiday weekend for them. Wait time a bit long but to be expected. Nice that they x-ray for help with diagnosing. Definitely would use again if needed.

Having moved from RI to Mystic since retirement last year, I have never been to such a well organized clinic before! Thank you for your compassion and personal attention from the receptionist, clinician and my doctor. I highly recommend your facility to anyone needing urgent treatment.
Extremely rude staff, unhelpful, doesn’t know what are they doing and treat people as dirt. If someone has a choice - go elsewhere.
