One of the many Community Health's Physical Therapy locations is within Indianapolis Healthplex on Guion Road. I started physical therapy at this location following back surgery. I worked with two phenomenal therapists (who I saw depending on the day of my appointment). They were both very knowledgeable, kind, caring and professional.
