This was my first time in physical therapy. The experience has been tremendous. Garrett is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. My right arm/shoulder, which was basically useless due to pain, is now participating almost equally with my left arm/shoulder. Not only has the physical therapy successfully addressed my frozen shoulder, but I have learned so much about how the various parts of me are connected, and what I can do to support healthy movement. I am very appreciative.
