Have had great experiences here whether coming back from injury or from low back pain. Fabulous treatment/care and they have good hours if you work full time. I would definitely recommend physical therapy and lifetime wellness.
Liz is the best physical therapist I have ever been treated by. She treats the person and all underlying issues that also contribute to pain and discomfort, not just the obvious problems. If you are injured or constantly experiencing pain go see Liz! She is the best option you have to become the best you again.

Liz and Brooke are fabulous to work with!! They have worked with me when I was having so much pain in my ankle that I had trouble walking. I am walking well now and am fixing some long-standing issues with my upper back and shoulders now. Liz and Brooke (as well as the rests of the staff) are a joy to be around and I would highly recommend them (in fact I have to my friends).
Liz and Brooke are terrific! I've been working with them on back pain from scoliosis, and can honestly say this is the first time I have both enjoyed and stuck with an exercise regimen . . . . ever. They both know which muscles need work and which stretches will achieve that, and strike just the right balance of nudging, encouragement, praise, and humor. Highly recommend!
I went to see Liz for my shoulder after I had lost most of it's mobility without any memorable injury. She and Brooke worked on it slowly but surely. After each session I saw progress and had a short list of exercises to do at home to keep the progress moving along. My homework was always achievable and I think for that reason, I was able to stick to the regime and make progress between visits. I've had many amazing experiences with this caring team. Liz, Brooke, Allie, and Jen really care about each and every client they see. They always take the time to find out what I need (and they know what I need before I do) and see that I get everything I need and more! Liz has drastically improved my back and ankle pain. I will continue to see her and her team as long as I can. Don't miss out on their expertise and care!
