Liz is awesome! I swear she works miracles! My rotator cuff feels 10 times better after just one treatment! Staff is very friendly! Highly recommend this establishment to all!!!!
Liz and Katie are very skilled, kind and altogether lovely people to visit each week as I rehab from a combination of surgery and chronic injury. They help me tweak my exercise regimen as I get stronger and I enjoy doing Pilates at their PT studio. When I have knots and muscle imbalances they have very effective techniques to remove those right away! I would highly recommend Physical Therapy and Lifetime Wellness, it's a fabulous practice! Their new location in a house on Pearl Street is delightful as well.
Liz's knowledge of all of the body's interconnected systems is beyond belief. My husband, my children, many friends and I have all been "worked on" by Liz with incredible results. She gets our weekend warrior bodies back on the court/playing field asap. She is an intelligent, thoughtful, caring person; I recommend her highly for any physical therapy needs!
After traveling from California to Colorado, my back was a mess. My sister took me to see Dr. Liz, and she found and fixed the problem in my first visit. To my surprise, she also found another problem that had been making things even worse. I've seen physical therapists and chiropractors over the years, and not one of them noticed this new problem. Liz is amazing!
Liz and her staff of amazing people continue to help me recover from a tricep injury. If you are looking for a physical therapist, look no further than PT&LW!
I arrived at Liz's office after months of other forms of treatment for a bulged disk. Her and her staffs professionalism and extensive knowledge got me back to 100%. If your the kind of person who wants an "end date" to their treatment and pain, and your willing to work hard, then this is definitely the place for you. I can't recommend this facility enough!

Liz Walley provided exactly what I needed. I had injured my knee and didn't know whether to exercise or rest, or how to do it. She provided me with appropriate exercises to strengthen my leg and therapy to help it heal. She used the laser therapy and used her hands to manipulate the area to speed healing and break up scar tissue. In 4 sessions my knee felt tremendously better and stronger and I had a plan to continue the healing. Wonderful experience and sound, expert advice.
