Amazing staff
I am currently at Tri Cities Orthopedic Clinic for the first time. I have been here since 9:50 AM for a 10:20 appt. They told me to come early to fill out paperwork that took 10 minutes to complete. Its now 11:20 AM and I have still not been called for the appointment. Extremely poor scheduling on behalf of this doctors office. Busy clinic, but they clearly don’t value the patient’s time.
Went to see Dr Perry yesterday for excruciating pain in my shoulders and he explained a lot and I'm excited to see if the injection they did works. Great staff!
I always dread going to a new medical office. These people are awesome! They are cheerful, helpful, they don't make you feel like a number. PA Tyler Shaw made me feel very comfortable, listened to what I had to say and was very positive. I have never been so excited about starting PT or having a procedure done. I can't wait to go back!
Dr. Perry did my surgery in July 2017! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Dr. Perry and his staff are the most caring, loving people around. My shoulder has never felt better! I have always thought highly of Dr Perry, both as a person, and a surgeon. I would ( and have) recommend him and the clinic to others.
