Best service. Best PT's. Nicest staff � I would recommend TCOC to anyone with pain, strains or other minor issues. They research & give options, not just prescribe a med or send you somewhere else.
Dr. Merrill and his team is very thorough and caring. I had surgery over a year ago and he is still taking care of my arm.
The clinic was excellent. Good service and care all around.
I love the staff in the clinic and in the new surgery center. They were professional before and after the last of my many surgeries. I just went in yesterday to get my stitched out. It was fast and painless!! I will never go anywhere else for my ortho needs!! Shout out to Dr. Merrill, Dr. Sohota and Dr. Shoham and their staffs!
Very disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, from the front desk, to the nurses, to billing, to the doctor, both in the clinic and in the surgery center, they don't care about the patient, only about money and getting you in and out as fast as they can, and on to the next. As a nurse myself who has worked in clinic and ambulatory surgery, I could never imagine having such little interest in a patient, the process of treatment, or the post surgical care. I have received excellent care at TCO these past years. They have quality doctors, nurses and PA's. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciate Dr. Faustin Stevens. He is professional, caring and highly skilled. His nursing staff are competent and compassionate. Thank you TCO.
