Dr. Stevens and the staff at TCO were just wonderful. My daughter (only 8) had a surgery and they treated her like a princess warrior - very professional and kind!
I was able to get an appointment right away. All the staff are very helpful and caring.
This review is for surgery center-(5 stars). The pre-op nurse Kristie was absolutely incredible! Being "needle phobia" She went beyond her call to make me feel comfortable & was reassuring! Rave reviews are because of her.....now the front desk at the clinic is something else...they are just working for the paycheck & their demur reflects it.
If it was possible to give zero stars I would!! Rather discouraged as I have called several times and so far have not been able to speak with an actual person besides a scheduler. I have left three voice messages (one, every week for the last three weeks) and I have yet to receive a phone call back. Their website is a joke, with no email address listed to try and reach staff in that manner. Amazing and caring people everytime I am there. Love!
Dr. Ule Hansen is my ortho doc. So far he performed one operation and everything went fine. Dr. Hanson is very knowledgeable and encourages the patient to ask questions. He also is great with his patients in the hospital, very good bed side manner. I will continue to drive from Yakima to Tri'Cities to see this Doctor.
I have had both of my knees replaced by Dr. Higgs, and I would highly recommend the procedure, I have had my first cold spell and my knees are not effected!! The care in the hospital, PT, and the office has always been wonderful.
