The Black family and the photography assistants at the shop are always friendly and helpful and they have good taste. A plus: they have beautiful and interesting frames. I spent most of my afternoon yesterday selecting some and had great fun. Carol's amazing. She's the framing guru. And then there's Carly, of course, who's a sweetheart. What's not to love?
I love this place. My favorite people. I have never had amazing customer service in a camera/photography store ever, until coming to this place. Great for film developing, Prints and if your in dallas looking to develop film or buy film they have everything you need especially IMPOSSIBLE FILM FOR YOUR POLAROID CAMERA AND HEY SELL THE POLAROID CAMERA TOO �
I have yet to get my film developed but the customer service was really great and the person at the desk was very helpful in explaining their services to a newbie like me.

Thank you all for being AWESOME! Everyone these is so friendly and helpful. I introduced my 3 granddaughters to old school photography in your darkroom and how photos were made before the 1980s. They all had fun printing photos they took with my old Nikon, and they all want to come back there sometime. Thank you!
