I came in with my grandpas old film camera after an attempt at shooting a roll of film and getting back some significantly over exposed photos. I came into Camera House and was met with John who was more than enthusiastic to help me tackle my problem. He explained everything perfectly, in a way that I understood and made sure that I knew what to do to change my settings. Such incredible service, incredible results and incredible people. Bought a lens and it was in great condition and at a reasonable price, packed very well and even came with a nice note and a little lolly! I emailed them and requested express delivery because I needed it before a holiday, they replied very quickly and sent it on the day I ordered it and it arrived in just a couple days. This must be the best online service i’ve received, can’t fault it at all. Thanks again!
Purchased some gear off of them for my bronica ETRS. Dealt with Paul through their instagram page and he was super helpful. Customer service is amazing.
