He is great. I didn't feel any rush with Dr. Lai at all. He listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions. I strongly recommend Kaiser members to ask for him.
Dr. Phong Quoc Lai, Do is beyond excellent. He is very knowledgeable in his field and expends enough time to anwswer the questions. Sometimes he even replies e mails on the weekends. I'm so lucky to have him as my OB doctor. He made all my office visits enjoyable.He did an awesome job on one procedure on me. He is the best OBY doctor and a very nice person too.
