I had a really great experience at this shop. The customer service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They treated me with kindness and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The work they did was amazing and completed very professionally with great attention to detail. Took my wife's phone in to phone experts bottom level Westpoint blacktown for a battery replacement. The girl said no problems and would take about an hour. Sat and waited but after an hour was told that new battery wasn't working so tried another new battery. Still not working so wanted to send away as motherboard was damaged while replacing battery. After a week went to pick phone up and was told something wrong with motherboard and no apologies or anything. Had to buy a new phone and unable to transfer anything.....do not... read more
