Really disappointment as they won't take responsibility for damaging my phone after they repaired something else. They are trying the shift the blame on me. I have no reason to waste my time and complain about something if I damaged it. I was happy to pay to get something repaired i could have paid extra to get my screen fixed as well if it was damaged prior to going in repairs. It's the principal of it that they won't take accountability of their actions and want me as a customer to pay for something that I didn't damage. A... read more
Disappointing experience with a screen replacement here. My wife brought her phone in to have the glass replaced. When she tested it before leaving, the fingerprint sensor no longer worked. She raised this straight away with the technician and was told it just needed to be reset because the glass was new. She went home and followed that advice exactly, but the phone still refuses to recognise the fingerprint at all – it is effectively rejecting the new screen.
