Phone ResQ because you have to keep blocking additional dialog I had to create another bad review for you. So she has been there multiple times, treated poorly (which is not a good thing to do to my wife), and disregarded as if she didn’t know how to use her phone which had worked fine before you guys “fixed it”. As an aside we noticed last evening that the screen has a distinct wavy reflection in it that none of the other iPhones in our family have.
