I like your store
I had a great experience today at ResQ. The battery died on my iPhone over the weekend and when I called them this morning they told me to come on in. They fixed my phone in 10 minutes and only charged me a nominal fee. There is no comparison between ResQ and the Apple stores. I will never go back to an Apple store again. My experience there was a 2 1/2 hour nightmare and my phone was still not fixed. The employees at ResQ are extremely professional and nice. I will use them again. Janice Platt

May have dropped my phone today. And it may have shattered my screen on my iphone5s!!!! ugh. I was at the library and knew I was close to them and just hoped I could get it fixed before leaving town for a wedding. They fixed it within 15 minutes!!!! Plus held the door open for me as I wheeled out my two boys (one of which was screaming). Very kind staff. Thank you so much! You guys saved the day!!! I am so happy our tiny town has you!
