Took our Galaxy in with a cracked screen. They replaced it and then we dropped it again. Even though we dropped it again, the guys still inspected it and found there was factory defect on the new screen. They replaced it again at no charge. They even temporarily fixed it so we could get our Contacts until the new screen came in.

I'm visiting from out of town and dropped my iPad. I found Phone ResQ online and decided to take my iPad in. As it turned out, my iPad only needed a small "tweak" and they had it done in five minutes. They wouldn't let me pay anything, but I'd highly recommend them for knowledge AND customer service!!
Dropped my 4s on vacation and they replaced the screen. Got back to hotel and discovered bottom part of screen would not work. Brought it in next day and they stood by their guarantee and repaired it quickly and included a free screen protector for the inconvenience. Great to see a company that stands behind their guarantee.
