So. I have used phone resq a few times. Never seem to have a problem, but within the last 6 months I have had my ipad screen replaced 2 times, and it was repaired a week ago and it’s cracked again, I don’t understand how it can be cracked already when I am extremely careful with it, I haven’t dropped it or anything. The gentleman did tell me they were using a different distributor for the screens. Maybe that’s why? They got my in and out very quickly, with outstanding service. I didn’t catch the guys name, but he was extremely helpful and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend taking your phone there is it needs repair or just a tuneup. So happy that I did.
