Upon purchasing my home, I was able to seamlessly work with AllState to transfer the warranty as they walked me through the steps. They were very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Recently, I had some broken tiles on that home and I called AllState to inquire about the process. After some initial dialouge, it was determined that there would be a fee associated with the replacement of those tiles. Nelson and his crew did an amazing job on our roof! We are thrilled with the workmanship of the roof and facia replacement. Everything looks wonderful! In addition, the crew left our yard spotless at the end of every day & at the end of the entire job. Nelson was in contact with us throughout the project with updates. Chad deserves 5 stars - there’s no doubt! My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting him yesterday. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained to us why he does not believe we have a leak above our bathroom ceiling. He even went up to the roof to check to make sure before he left our house.
