We used Allstate Roofing on our old house and they did an amazing job so it was a no brainer to call them again to repair or replace our new homes’ roof which was leaking from a few bedrooms. Before choosing them, I conducted extensive research on licensed, bonded, and insured roofing companies with BBB A+ ratings. Upon purchasing my home, I was able to seamlessly work with AllState to transfer the warranty as they walked me through the steps. They were very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Recently, I had some broken tiles on that home and I called AllState to inquire about the process. After some initial dialouge, it was determined that there would be a fee associated with the replacement of those tiles. Nelson and his crew did an amazing job on our roof! We are thrilled with the workmanship of the roof and facia replacement. Everything looks wonderful! The whole process of getting my roof replaced was painless, from the professional quote to the great work of the roofers and project manager. Brad was a great project manager who kept me informed and made sure I understood the issues they uncovered and fixed for me. I am very happy with how my roof came out, they are great to work with.
