Mishelle is the best! ^_^. She came into my life at a time when I needed support and guidance and she fully met those needs. As a therapist she is friendly, open, insightful, and intuitive. She has an innate loving, caring nature that really comes through in her work.

I saw Mishelle for severe trauma, depression and anxiety for 5 years. I can’t think of a more caring, compassionate and supportive therapist. I went in very scared and skeptical that anyone could help me. Through the time we had together, she proved to me that I could open up and be accepted for even the scariest and negative things I thought about myself. She taught me about healing, self acceptance and trust. I’d recommend her to anyone. Hands down.

Gemma is my therapist here and she is amazing! After several months I’m doing so much better. She listens to you, relates to you, helps you find solutions. I will continue my sessions and encourage others seeking help to reach out to her for an appointment. Therapy has been life changing for me.

I have been a client for some time now and I can say that I love this place. I see Michelle here, and I have made tremendous progress. She is definitely not my first therapist; however, she has been the best one! I have seen six others throughout my lifetime, and none have provided me with this quality of service. I could not have gotten to this stage of my life without her help. Yes of course you have to do the work!, but it is much easier to do the work when you have someone amazing guiding you.
