Less than one star review. I live in an apartment complex managed by these idiots. I have been harassed, verbally threatened, physically assaulted, and my car vandalized by my neighbors and landlady does not do anything. Instead landlady verbally threatens me with lease violations when I complain. Have spoken with 3 of her superiors at Phoenix with no responses (over course of 4+ years) and the owner Michael. These people have the lousiest communication and are deadbeats.
Our company make a job at your place 5 months ago and you block us , we still waiting for the payment, scammers
Very nice management company
This company has to have by far the most inconsiderate employees ever! I lived in carleton west side apartments my whole life and its sad that as an adult i am writing this review. I never call for anything if there’s something wrong i will call someone i know to come fix what i need to be fixed in my house. When ever something breaks, needs replacement, i try my best to neverrrrrr call maintenance. Saturday my boiler shut off completely.
