Property is beautiful!! New management was so nice and helpful. The apartment was redone with brand new applinces. I already love it here.

A good place to live Apartment is spacious, I like the fact that you have laminate floors. Nice patio space, Melissa and Zecorya are great staff they stay on top of things as much as possible.
1 I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT SINCE 2017 and I have never had this feeling of regret having lived in these apartments. They don't even have a good maintenance department and calls aren't even taken seriously and they never come to fix things. The apartments are full the insects and mice. I advise against anyone wanting to settle in these apartments. what disappointments!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice place Nice, clean and quite place, I've lived here years past, management was so cool, maintenance was on time always.
Needs Improvement This property has so much potential to be a great place to live but the maintenance is terrible, roaches and mice infested and always raising rent. Also tenants who already live here for years never get an upgrade.
OK Decent price, decent space, decent atmosphere, and decent location. Numerous rent increases since i moved in. Units are clean, upgraded, and comfortable.
