I find the staff to be professional, kind and knowledgeable. The staff reviews your history and answers any questions you may have to ensure which service is best suited for you. I just finished my first PRP treatment and I'm already seeing great results!!! My hair is stronger, it feels thicker and more luscious than ever. Michelle was great, she explained everything to throughly, she made me feel comfortable and everything went great.
