First time in years I left a salon with a smile and not in tears! Would recommend Alicia to anyone! Never colored my hair before and went from the lighter brown in the last picture to dark brown as shown in the other two photos. Alicia took the time to do the whole process right without rushing. She even trimmed my hair the exact amount I wanted and showed me exactly what she would be cleaning up. First time I met her and I have a lot of respect for her as a stylist!
The owner was very accommodating and took her time cutting my hair. She didn't rush through it and did a great job on the trim and layers. I live out of town, and if I am in town again, I will come back. She was great, and the energy was high and inviting.
I made an appointment with Kara Gerber at Phoenix Hair Salon and the quality of her services were the best I’ve ever had! Kara has spent her own money to increase her coloring and hair cut skills at Bumble and Bumble New York City. These stylists color and highlight beautifully, and cut layers with smooth transition. I have gotten so many compliments and have referred them to Kara. Thank you Kara! I will be back soon to increase my blonde highlights. She is the kindest and nicest person, make your appointment today!

Alicia was absolutely amazing! This was the best experience I've ever had. The entire vibe was so friendly and welcoming, I WILL be coming back! She made sure to understand what i wanted and that I was super happy with the results (I LOVE it!) while making sure to keep the integrity of my hair and staying within my budget!
