I LOVE the SURPRISE office. Everyone is friendly, professional and courteous. The medical staff and Amanda get 5 ☆'s. The Billing Dept is terrible, rude and very very unprofessional. The Billing Dept would be the ONLY reason that I would leave this office. I would give the Billing Dept .5 star
Very through with the exam it made me feel that I was not prescribed antibiotics just to get me out of the exam room. Loved the M.A. she was polite and respectful. I Love the Surprise Phoenix Family Medical Clinic. Have a wonderful day Terry
