I have been going here for years and Amanda is GREAT! The we accept walk ins is crap though as I have gone 2 days in a row and have been turned away both days. make an appt or don't bother going.

Surprise is a horrible clinic! The Dr’s don’t care about anything and your treated like a cattle call, even with an appointment I waited over 3 hours to be seen! How can you be that far behind at 9:30 am! Every time I go there they treat you like crap and receptionists have no clue what they are doing. I was seen at the east valley location. I didn’t have a wait. Lillian was professional but kind and had really good bedside manner. The nurse was nice and explanatory when I had a test done. Receptionist was polite and always had a smile. It was clean and the doctor actually listened to me - something I haven’t found in other doctors in years. I’m very very pleased!
I like the doctor that I saw the only problem I have is that I had to wait in the waiting room my last visit for over an hour before I was called back they forgot about me and I watched people come in and go straight in while I waited for over an hour
