I love these people. they are all great
This clinic has saved us from having to go to the ER many times. They are open late and on weekends. The staff has always been polite and helpful. The last time I was there they even stayed late to make sure the treatment I had relieved my symptoms. I always appreciate the quality of care and the concern from the staff.
We drove 30 minutes to be seen this evening, after first calling to confirm they accepted our insurance. We arrived, with no one in the waiting room.. We were told they would not see our 6 year old because the doctor that was there didn't like seeing children under 13, even though they saw a 10 year old earlier. They do not advertise this, and were rude about it! So while there is no one waiting to be seen, they turn away a sick child because the doctor doesn't want to see a child. Ive been dealing with Phoenix for 3 years now. A very courteous and caring staff and doctor Hastie is fantastic. They have been there for all my needs and have even helped when i had trouble understanding insurance issues. I recommend Phoenix to everyone and when i have an emergency,hospitals never come to mind . I go straight to Phoenix. I'd like to thank the entire staff for everything they have ever done...Thank you Phoenix emergency care. You all are the best
