We were in 4014, the view and the pool was great and access to the pool. The condo could certainly use some updates. The flat pillows and and mattresses that should have been replaced years ago. Needs to have some grid or mats for showers to keep from slipping or grab bars. It needs a decent vacuum cleaner. Air filters need to be changed regularly. It pretty much had everything we needed for a short vacation trip. The less than perfect mark was simply because the kitchen utensils were slightly limited and this is one of the older units. The beach access from this unit was remarkably easy and the location was perfect.

It's a beautiful place with great ocean views. Was very clean when we got there and we left it clean also.
