My husband had an appointment at 9:30 to have a procedure done. It’s almost 1:00 and he’s still waiting. No explanation on why or nothing. I truly believe they forgot about him. I could understand if something came up but when you’re told nothing it’s not hard to get a little upset. This happened the last time except it wasn’t this long. I could see it if waiting room was full when we came but it wasn’t. So inconsiderate of their patients. Now if we didn’t show up they’d charge us. RecommendedEveryone was super nice, went way out of the way to make me have a great first time visit, especially since I had a terrible experience at another Gastro Dr. in Columbus. That whole office was like a well oiled machine,after each person was through with me they would get up from their desk and personally walk you to the next person☺️☺️ I am so very satisfied with today's visit. When I got there I don't even think I sat down but 5 min. before they called me.
2 1/2 hours to find out that my doctor would be leaving but they had scheduled me with another doctor. I had continually stated I wanted this doctor. needless to say I canceled. if they didn't listen to me I didn't want them doing anything to me.
I love my doctor and staff.The longest I waited was 10 mins.The staff is very informative and polite.And they actually care.
I love my Dr and his staff is always on point and Very Informative!
Terrible customer service. The different departments are not communicating and the customer suffers. Long waits of over an hour past appointment times are common.
