Pheobe Florals did my daughter's wedding on Memorial Day weekend. Cannot say enough how beautiful the flowers were. My daughter gave them pictures of the look she was going for and Pheobe outdid every expectation! We received numerous compliments on their beauty. After an initial delivery that was not up to the standard that I expected, I was in contact with their management team and they went above and beyond to correct the issue and make us completely satisfied. Not everyone can be perfect every time. What makes a good company is the ability to respond effectively to the occasional mistake. Thank you to Phoebe for doing a great job and making us happy.
I ordered flowers yesterday for a tragic loss a member of my family suffered. I was so appalled by the lady who took my phone order (I'll leave her name out as respect) for she rushed me through my order. I wasn't asking for a 20 minute conversation but a little compassion and patience during a difficult time for my family. My bill came to $50 and some change and i had to call back and ask a general question and was then rushed again.
