Horrible place. Flowers were incorrect first time around and when they were delivered to my daughters house they broke the gate.....
I always enjoy shopping at Phoebe - the fall fest was fun and the mums & asters are beautiful👍

My husband ordered flowers for me which never came yet today! He wanted to make my day special since I've been taken care of him since he learned he has 4 stage cancer! He had me call twice and the girl who answered said they were still out for delivery? It's now 8:11 and still no flowers! He wanted to do something special for me ! He keeps looking out the window no feel so bad !
