Consistently GREAT food and attentive service. Easily my favorite Vietnamese spot in Pittsburgh. Owner always remembers my usual order when I come in! Only downer is cash only, but I'll deal with it.
This is our second time here since our old pho restaurant on The Strip closed. What a find this was. The food is delicious, the owners are very nice, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area or if you feel like going for a drive. It's well worth it.
Pho Minh restaurant is a very good restaurant. The service is very good and the waitress is very friendly and attentive. The food tastes so good. I ordered the fried egg rolls and Pho Minh special soup. It was excellent with sufficient amount of ingredients. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
Tasty food served in a diner/home cooked style. The iced coffee is very good and has a toasted flavor that you don't get at your typical coffee shop.
