Pho King Kitchen, located just off of Hayden Road and Thomas in Scottsdale, had no reason to be humble when naming their restaurant. This Vietnamese fusion gourmet kitchen started off as a food truck, and the legend grew into a restaurant (you can still catch the Pho King Food Truck). Pho King Delicious!
Had Phoe King for the first time while at comic fest.. Hands down the best in the valley and look for places that serve a pho that will compare to my first love. Well .. Just found it!! Now see about coming to my office food truck days !! Please. The stuff that shows up ain't worth it. 9300 e pima center Parkway!! Tuesday or Wednesday. :)
