There's a good number of places to get pho in Phoenix, but only one place is the king. Pho King Kitchen, located just off of Hayden Road and Thomas in Scottsdale, had no reason to be humble when naming their restaurant. The truck came to my workplace today and I had a yummy tub of soup. It was delicious!
I walked into the restaurant, and the girl at the front was disgustingly rude and unprofessional. When I was looking at the menu, and commented on the change since the last time I was there, she said they were changing it again tomorrow too, in a deadpan, sardonic tone, and that they were gonna be a Mexican restaurant tomorrow. I chuckled, and she looked at me like I was an idiot. She needs to be fired as of yesterday. Also,getting rid of the Phoritto Burrito and the Bahn Mi Burrito was a mistake. A sad day indeed.

Staff is so rude. Every time I order they treat me horribly on the phone. Tonight I was told they won’t take any more orders and to call back in 15 minutes. So I did. The guy hung up on me. Called back. Then they told me the same excuse that they had a big table and to call back in 20 mins. By the time they made my food, they’d be closed and I mentioned this to the guy and he just said that sucks and hung up. So very disappointed in how unfriendly and rude the staff is.
RecommendedComing from Seattle where Pho is King, I decided to try this out. I will be returning. The pho was delicious!
