There's a good number of places to get pho in Phoenix, but only one place is the king. Pho King Kitchen, located just off of Hayden Road and Thomas in Scottsdale, had no reason to be humble when naming their restaurant. This Vietnamese fusion gourmet kitchen started off as a food truck, and the legend grew into a restaurant (you can still catch the Pho King Food Truck). Place is clean... atmosphere is cool... the pho is flavorless ... noodles ranch or Saigon bowl taste waaay more authentic and not far from this location.... if you're used to authentic save yourself the trip. Will not go back.
The worst Pho I have ever had. Not only was it over salty, but it lacked any flavor. They also forgot to put the noodles in to the lukewarm broth. After having to go up to find a staff member and ask why I did not get noodles, they added cold noodles to the lukewarm soup making it cold and inedible. The restaurant was quite dirty and the fixing bar was empty and missing items. Sadly I was very disappointed and cannot recommend this place.

I just sent a post, but I'll re-state what I said here: the food is delicious! For the second time in about four months you guys have been to our workplace. I purchased the Chicken Stir Fry. I am typing this between taking bites of it right now. Everything about it is perfect to me. Ample amounts of chicken, great variety of vegetables, wonderful flavor, the sauce is delicious...I could go on and on. Next time I want to try your Pho. I can't wait for the next time you guys are here. Thank you :)

What a fun experience-the atmosphere was fun and the staff was helpful and full of great ideas-food was great and prices reasonable-had a nice selection of local beer and full bar -enjoyed the experience
