Super slow service phoa sapphire 30 mins for 2 meal
The older gentleman is mean and talks very sharp when he gets mad. He does not seem to have customer service skills to be dealing with the public anymore.
The West Side Pho Hoa needs a little training class on how to be friendly to customers and provide good customer service. There have been more than a few (unrelated) reviews mentioning that the staff was rude. I had my own little negative experience with them a couple of years ago. They do make excellent food and its presentation is very nice. I've finally decided I will go only to the Hawks Prairie location. (Not west side)

food was awesome but check your bill really good. got 2 bowls of soup and they charged me 224.58 .
