Only the best in Atlantic City!! Delicious food great service.
i thought Pho Hoa should be better than other Pho's places but I was wrong. The soup was not hot when waiter brought it out. The soup is a bit salty and not sweet. The thing that killed me was the two disks (rau sống) are so dirty and had bugs in it.

Shout out to Pho Hoa Noodle Soup. When they know you love soccer and find a way to search a table by the Tv to watch the fifa World Cup games. Always great food and atmosphere.

It was our first time there , The food was amazing... Our server was very helpful and applied the discount for the happy hour for our drinks without us even asking.. We will definitely return when we are in the San Jose area.
