Hagerstown location - extremely poor service can easily ruin an otherwise fair offering.
I rarely write reviews, but Pho D'Lite has gotten so bad this past year. A couple of my friends told me how it took them 25 min just for them to get water (by that time happy hour ended, so they just walked out). I decided to give them another chance, and I ordered carryout in person. One server got annoyed that I asked him for extra veggies/greens, and he put a note asking for sprouts (the white things, not the green leafy veggies). Cant beat the happy hour from 3-6 on the Pho. Clean, fast, and decent decor for a pho place. The butter chicken wings are great.

Had dinner tonight @ the new Pho D'Lite location in Hagerstown--what a great place! Wait staff & management were super-friendly and of course our pho was delicious! Can't wait to come back again! Thanks! Will be recommending to friends.
