Horrible all around. Greasy chicken broth, bad service in the restaurant, and they left food out of my order. I do not plan on going to this restaurant again, i would rather drive out of my way to go to a further restaurant than waste my money here.

I have to say the Pho itself is great. The service is horrible. We live in Hyattsville and eat here often but we're thinking of finding a new Pho place because the service is consistently bad. Take tonight for example: we tried to call to place a to go order and we had to call 4 times before someone finally picked up. We got there about 15 minutes later and waited for a good ten minutes before anyone would acknowledge us-only to find out that they never put the order in. 15 minutes later, we finally have our food to go.
