I would like to express my disappointment, especially to yor Waldorf Branch. First, the server doesn't know how to carry plates, the servers nails were too long and I think the tip of the nail soaked into my soup. Second, there were about 6 servers on-duty but nobody comes back to check if we are ok because they were busy chatting. I need to get my own forks and napkins. Ordered shrimp and rice. Rice not fully prepared. Cashier acknowledged that the rice was not fully prepared. Owner Tatayana Dimitrovska refused to give refund stating that she would not be able to resell the meal to someone else so she can't give a refund.

Pho D’lite has the best broth I’ve ever tasted!! Fantastic value! Their Pho is a must have when feeling a cold coming on; other times it helps to strengthen the immune system & is Oh so Delicious!!
