Lack of customer services , the lady in the front desk es very unprofessional and speak very badly to patients.
I had a doctor's appointment on June 12 (which was rescheduled appt from week before because the doctor called out).I get to my appt 30 mins before, was told to get there 15 mins before 10:15. I was called back by the nurse to take my vitals and then placed in Examination Room and advised that the Doctor would be in shortly. I waited until 11:09 am and the doctor had not arrived.
