Zero zero star for this facility. I had a horrible experience. They made promises they can’t keep. My nightmare: I made an appointment 7 days before the procedure (Monday), I stated the importance of the appointment—that the patient will be under sedation and it is imperative the blood draw occur while patient is sedated. I was informed they have staff, someone from their office will call to confirm. I had used this company once for my boss and they were professional. That was a year ago. Unfortunately now I call and leave messages - I get voicemail and I get hung up on. Very stressful and annoying when you're trying to work as the go between to get things scheduled.
