My introduction to pour over coffee was made memorable by the delicious end result.
Nice coffee shop, but they don't open until 7am, and there was a 15 minute delay to place my order, followed by another 15 minutes to receive my order. As a result of the later opening and the 15-minute delays, my car got towed away (word to the wise, park legally when going to this place).
One of my favorite coffee places when I’m in LA. Flew into DC the very next day, Philz in DC taste like watered down milk with a splash of coffee. I ordered a large Philtered soul. What a shame.
