Grace is the most unprofessional human being I’ve EVER experienced in the coffee industry. She makes great drinks which is why I’ve requested in her the past but apparently that was an issue and mentioned that it’s harassment to request her. Grace lacks professionalism, kindness and compassion for customers. I ordered a creamy honey haze. Where’s the creamy ???? I also asked for mint, there’s no mint.
