Decaf Sumatra has a wonderful acidity. Try it if you always thought "sour" could only be synonymous with "crappy" in coffee.
Try the Tesoro-Ether blend with medium milk. One of the best "lattes" I have had. And a warning - you will not see latter-mocha-espresso on their menu - so be prepared to be frowned upon :)
